Chuck Donnelly
General Manager
Chuck is a graduate of the University of Maine and has 18 years of experience in resort and hotel operations. On November 1, 2006 Chuck joined the CBMR Properties team as the new GM of our condominium operation. Chuck spent 13 years at Sunday River Ski Resort in Bethel, Maine, before leaving to travel the world for a year. During his tenure at Sunday River, Chuck was the Director of Sales and Marketing, General Manager of the Jordan Grand Resort Hotel and Conference Center and finally, the Vice President of Lodging.
Nick Altice
Front Office Manager
Nick is a graduate of the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, UT. On November 1, 2006 Nick joined the CMBR team by helping to open the Elevation Hotel prior to starting current his role with The Lodge at Mountaineer Square in the spring of 2007. Nick brings with him a great deal of experience from Snowbird Ski Resort in Utah where he spent 2 1/2 years at the Cliff Lodge. Nick has spent a most of his life living, traveling, and working through out the United States, Europe, and South East Asia. Most recently he worked in Penang, Malaysia running a Scuba Diving Operation that ran trips throughout Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and Australia.
Christina Junge
Executive Housekeeper
Christina Junge received her Social Welfare Degree from the University of California, Berkeley and a High Management Degree from the University de los Andes in Colombia. Here experience in business and management cover International Business expertise. Cristina managed two hundred employees in an international company, then became the National and International Purchasing Manager. She served as a Board of Director Member in four companies. Cristina speaks English, Spanish and German and became part of the CBMR team in 2006.
Jason Fries
Maintenance Manager
Jason is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado. After graduation, Jason took a year off and traveled Europe and the US, ending his travels with an 18-day rafting trip down the Grand Canyon. He has 13 years experience in the ski resort industry, 10 of those years with CBMR Properties Maintenance. Jason joined the CBMR Properties team in 1996 as a maintenance Technician before becoming a manager in 1999.
