The new state-of-the-art Mountaineer Conference Center includes 9,000 square feet of unique and flexible event space, including the 5,000 square foot Grand Ballroom and outdoor courtyard. The Mountaineer Conference Center accommodates groups from 20 to 500.
The Grand Ballroom can be partitioned into 4 smaller spaces to accommodate groups of varying sizes.
The Al Johnson Boardroom contains state-of-the-art A/V equipment and is permanently set for 12 people.
The large pre-function areas, both South and West, are ideal for large groups. There's also an outside deck that offers stunning views down the valley.
Mountaineer Square's outdoor courtyard hosts year-round family-friendly events, including music and the arts. The courtyard is surrounded by retail shops, including Camp 4 Coffee and the Adventure Center, where you can purchase lift tickets and plan other activities during your visit. Relax in front of the fireplace and enjoy a drink from our selection of high-end whiskeys and wines with friends or associates. Trackers Bar & Lounge can also be used for informal gatherings.
